We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you contact 911EDA or submit a request for a quote. This may include:

- Whether an NDA is requested
- Project files and supporting documents that you upload
- Other information included in your message or submission
Our website and hosting systems may also collect basic technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, access time, requested pages and server-log information. This information may be used for website operation, troubleshooting, security and abuse prevention.
How we use information
We use submitted information to:
- Review inquiries and requests for quotation
- Evaluate project requirements and design files
- Prepare estimates and respond to prospective customers
- Communicate about a submitted project or potential engagement
- Protect the website and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity

We do not use information submitted through the website to send unsolicited marketing emails.
Project-file uploads
Files uploaded through the public website are used only to review your inquiry or request for quotation. Uploaded files are retained for no more than seven days and are then deleted from the website upload system, unless a longer period is necessary to respond to your request or you provide the files through another approved project-transfer method.
Sharing and disclosure
911EDA does not sell personal information and does not share submitted project information with fabricators, assemblers, marketing companies or other outside vendors for their independent use.
Information may be processed by service providers that operate the website, hosting, email, security or data-storage infrastructure on behalf of 911EDA. These providers receive information only as needed to provide those services.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful process, protect the rights or security of 911EDA or others, or investigate suspected misuse of the website.
Google Analytics
911EDA does not currently use Google Analytics. We may add Google Analytics in the future to understand general website usage and improve site performance.
If Google Analytics is enabled, it may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information such as pages visited, session duration, approximate location, device information, browser information and referring website. Google may process this information on our behalf.
This notice will be updated when Google Analytics is activated. Any required cookie or consent controls will also be added at that time.
Cookies and browser controls
The website may use essential cookies or similar technologies required for security, form operation and basic site functionality. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, although blocking essential cookies may affect website operation.
Because we do not currently use advertising or behavioral-tracking technologies, the website does not currently respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
Data security
911EDA uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information submitted through the website. These measures may include encrypted HTTPS transmission, access controls, file-type restrictions and limited retention of uploaded files.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
Uploaded website files are generally deleted within seven days. Contact-form details and related communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, maintain business records, resolve disputes or comply with legal obligations.
Your choices and requests
You may contact 911EDA to ask about personal information you submitted through the website or to request correction or deletion of that information. We may need to verify your identity and retain certain records when required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
