PADs PCB Design Services

911EDA is an industry leader in providing PADs PCB design services. The advanced capabilities of PADS software offer an easy-to-use design environment for engineers and designers to layout both simple and complex PCBs. PADs can handle designs that utilize high-speed circuitry, heavy component and pin density, analog and digital, or RF.

For companies we provide PADs design services to without a PADs license, you can download a free PADs viewer.

Efficient Design

PADs PCB design software by Siemens is powerful and efficient, employing re-use capabilities, an integrated 3D viewer, and simple manufacturing file generation. There are options available with advanced tools for bare die designs and a full suite of cross-probing the schematic and layout. This improves speed and efficiency with less costly respins. Optionally available automated advanced packaging tools for bare die design.

Handle Today's More Complex Technologies

Schematics incorporate component information, net constraints, and design rules, allowing an efficient design process. The schematic drives component placement and utilizes full cross probing for accurate time synchronization between the schematic and design. Groups of components can be placed together and rotated with outstanding precision.

An interactive router can be combined with manual routing, and advanced design rule capabilities ensure even high-speed PCBs optimally.

Interactive Router Flexibility

PADS interactive routing provides a flexible environment that allows the designer to plan out routing. Options within the software will enable the user to turn them on and off as needed. The designer can turn on and pad entry, pin assignment, via plowing, and more off efficiently. Traces can be routed quickly to follow the board outline, keep outs, and follow other traces to form non-standard shapes and paths.

Integrated Design Rule Checking

Design rule checking (DRC) involves the engineer or designer inputting rules into the software. Then The PCB designer can run checks to ensure the design follows all of the constraints and requirements of the design. If rule violations are found, they will need to be either fixed or accepted and cleared. Traces can be "shoved" to simplify dense routing areas. DRC also ensures differential pairs, matched lengths, and high-speed traces are accurate and optimized.

Please read our article about how PCB Design Rule Checks Cut Down Board Respins. 911EDA designers always ensure DRCs are validated before releasing the design.
